Free delivery to UK mainland for orders over £150


* working days are Monday to Friday (excluding U.K. Bank Holidays) - where Express Next Day* Delivery has been selected the order will be shipped on a 24 hour service. If your order is placed after 1pm on Thursday, your next delivery day will be the Monday(excluding bank holidays). Express Next Day deliveries to Northern Ireland and more extreme areas such as the Highlands of Scotland may take slightly longer also, normally 48 hours.

** orders from NON-EU countries will be less 20% value added tax and shown at the reduced amount at checkout. There may be some small Duty or Tax payment due on delivery depending on your country's import laws.

***Some countries within Europe (i.e., typically Eastern European countries) may be charged as for Rest of World.

**** Costs are per order with the exception of orders for long boots, charges apply to each pair - not total order.

*****delivery to the BFPO distribution depot in the U.K. is free and takes 2-3 days. BFPO will apply their rates for delivery to the final destination.



Our choice of carriers

For the U.K., Europe, U.S.A and BFPO our preferred carrier is DPD Local (DPD Group).  As soon as your order has been despatched, you will receive a tracking reference and be able to track your order via the Interlink Express website.

Easy Returns and exchanges

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase from Macsamillion, but if you’re unsatisfied for any reason, we have a 30 day returns policy. 

Here’s what to do –

  • Please note, we do not cover the cost of postage for any returns, unless the goods were faulty or the wrong goods sent to you. If the goods were faulty in any way, or we sent the wrong goods to you, let us know.  If you reside in the UK we will send you a prepaid postage label or refund you up the cost of £5 for a postal service of your choice.  If returning goods from the U.S. or non EU countries - see note below.
  • All goods must be returned in a new and unused condition.
  • Complete the returns form (this should be with your invoice, if not, a copy can be downloaded at the bottom of the page.) clearly stating your reasons for return.
  • Pack the goods carefully in their original box, including all original paperwork, with a secure outer wrapper and post to :-

  • Take your parcel along to the post office and request a certificate of postage. We recommend Royal Mail recorded delivery service if in the U.K.  

Your refund will be completed once your parcel is received by us.  Please note that for orders of less than £50 we do not reimburse the cost of postage associated with delivery to you.  


Bank Holidays

Orders that go into processing on a Friday after 12pm will be dispatched on the Tuesday after a bank holiday on a Next Day delivery service. 


Important – if returning goods from the U.S. or non EU countries

Please DO NOT USE COURIER SERVICES such as UPS or FEDEX as there will be excessive clearance fees; we will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you. Use standard postal services. You must write "RETURNING UNSUITABLE GOODS TO SENDER" on the customs form and on the outside of the parcel as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges. You must also tick the “RETURNED GOODS” box on the customs declaration documents. If this box is not ticked we will recover the costs from you or return the shoes to you.
